While the next-generationĀ Ford RangerĀ wasĀ recently revealedĀ as an all-new version of Fordās mid-size pickup, there are still a lot of current-gen Ranger owners out there looking to modify their trucks. Ford has responded by launching a number of new Ranger parts and accessories in recent months, includingĀ black ovals, aĀ red Ford Performance windshield banner, andĀ a modified Ranger Tremor front grille, to name a few. Now, the Ford Ranger catalog is growing once again with the addition of an off-road front bumper by ARB.
ARBās Ford Ranger front bumper is available via part numberĀ M-17757-R1FĀ and provides a beefy upgrade over the stock unit. Co-developed by ARB and Ford, the off-road bumper was designed to provide an OEM fit and finish and has also been tested and validated to meet OEM crash standards, which is something that most aftermarket bumpers cannot claim. The upgraded bumper also reuses the factory fog lights, but dealer installation is required, as this is apparently no DIY job.
ARBās new off-road front bumper fits all 2019-2022 Ford Ranger models but is notĀ compatible with pickups that are equipped with adaptive cruise control and parking aid sensors. The part retails for $1,545 and is available to order via Fordās official catalog or through Crossley Customs at Gary Crossley Ford.
While current-gen Ranger parts and accessories offerings continue to grow, the next-generation international market 2023 Ranger figures to have a large amount of factory and aftermarket support as well. In fact, many companies are already developing upgraded goodies for the new model, which was revealed back in November for global markets, while the North American version has yet to be unveiled.
