2024 Ford Maverick Orders Open in July

The Ford Maverick has been a major success since its launch, but its popularity has led to a shortage of supply and a backlog of orders. As we enter the 2023 model year, customers are eagerly anticipating the chance to place an order for the 2024 model year. Sources have informed Gary Crossley Ford that the order banks for the 2024 Ford Maverick will open on July 17th, 2023. However, these dates are subject to change due to ongoing global supply chain issues.

Production of the 2024 Maverick is set to begin on October 16th, 2023, at the Hermosillo Assembly plant in Mexico. This timing aligns with the end of production for the 2023 model year. To increase production capacity, Ford will be adding a third shift at the Hermosillo plant in July and hiring 1,100 direct workers and 5,000 indirect employees.

Although it is unclear what changes the 2024 Ford Maverick will bring, the 2022 model year saw some updates, including the introduction of the Tremor Off-Road Package, Tremor Off-Road Appearance Package, and Black Appearance Package.
