Back in May, photos ofĀ what appeared to be a Roush versionĀ of theĀ 2021 Ford BroncoĀ surfaced online, which, at the time, many questioned as potentially altered. However, months later, the 2021 Roush Bronco R Series kitĀ has been revealedĀ with very similar cosmetic features, which seems to validate that early sneak peek at the long-time tunerās version of theĀ Ford Bronco. And since Roush already makes upgraded versions of theĀ Ford Mustang,Ā Ford Ranger,Ā Ford F-150, andĀ Ford Super Duty, the Bronco seems like a natural next step.
While some of these Roush Ford products feature significant power upgrades, the 2021 Roush Bronco R Series kit is more of a visual upgrade package, though there are some functional items present as well. On the outside, that includes a host of decals including American flags for the front fenders, a Jack Roush signature decal, hood graphics, a Roush banner, and a bodyside graphic for four-door models only. The outside of the Roush Bronco also features Roush fender badges, an R trailer hitch cover, and a Roush Performance license plate frame.
The Roush Bronco kit comes with a set of unique 17-inch wheels that are designed to hold up to the rigors of off-roading, and can be wrapped with all-terrain or mud-terrain tires. The kit comes with a variety of interior bits and pieces as well, including a floor protection kit, off-road recovery kit, console vault, and Roush key fobs.
In the performance department, the Bronco R Series kit comes with a high-capacity air filtration system, a pre-filter with an R logo thatās resistant to dust, debris, and water, and a high-clearance axle-back muffler with a removable Roush-branded black exhaust tip. These parts are compatible with both FordāsĀ 2.3L EcoBoost I-4Ā andĀ 2.7L EcoBoost V6.
The 2021 Roush Bronco R Series kit is compatible with all trim levels, as well as both two- and four-door Broncos. The kit comes with a 3-year, 36,000-mile limited warranty, and is available to pre-order now through Crossley Customs.
