The sheer number of Ford Bronco parts and accessories available has exploded in recent months and now includes a two-inch lift kit, Power Packs for Ford’s 2.3L EcoBoost I-4 and 2.7L EcoBoost V6, a roof-mounted off-road light kit, a tire pressure monitoring kit, Sasquatch fender flare kit, tube doors, and a functional bead lock ring kit, to name a few. Longtime Ford tuner Roush also recently launched an axle-back exhaust system for the rugged SUV, and now, it’s also selling a 2021 Ford Bronco air induction system.
Roush’s new 2021 Ford Bronco air induction system is compatible with both Ford’s 2.3 and 2.7L EcoBoost engines and offers 30 percent more filtration area than the OEM filter without requiring any modifications to the engine compartment. The kit is made from durable injection-molded plastic and is reportedly easy to clean, and the clear window allows owners to keep tabs on the filter while it’s protected from the elements.
Roush’s Bronco air induction system comes with a pre-filter that helps repel water and keep larger debris out of the engine, which slides on top of the intake and features an “R” logo. Meanwhile, the system allows the Bronco to retain its factory water-fording capabilities and comes with an intake gasket that helps create an air-tight seal. Plus, the air induction system adds a bit more air intake sound to the Bronco’s engine and maintains all of the factory mounting locations. However, it’s worth noting that this kit is not 50-state emissions legal.
This air induction system retails for $479.99 and is part of Roush’s 2021 Bronco Series Kit that launched early this month, which contains special decals and graphics, badges, unique 17-inch wheels, a floor protection kit, off-road recovery kit, console vault, Roush key fobs, and a high-clearance axle-back muffler with a removable Roush-branded black exhaust tip.
